What you need

garlic clove
cup swiss chard

cup lowfat greek yogurt

cup mayonnaise

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tsp freshly cracked black pepper

tsp dijon mustard

tsp worcestershire sauce
cup dried chives

pita chips
Instructions
0 Set a large, deep sided saute pan over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 1 Saute the garlic for 30 seconds, stirring, until lightly golden. 2 Add the swiss chard with ¼ teaspoon of salt (you’ll use the rest of the salt later) and cook, stirring, for 3-5 minutes until soft. The swiss chard will cook down quite a bit, so don’t be afraid to overfill the pan. Once the chard is soft, set aside to cool. 3 In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, pepper, mustard, and worcestershire. 4 When cooled, mix in the swiss chard mixture and chives. 5 To serve, spread the dip in a shallow bowl or platter and sprinkle with more chives a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. . 6 Serve with pita chips, crackers, and/or sliced fresh vegetables.View original recipe
