What you need

cup unsweetened shredded coconut

cup chopped pecans

cup ground flaxseed

cup chia seed

tbsp sesame seed

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp ground cardamom

tsp kosher salt

cup coconut sugar

cup maple syrup

cup coconut oil
tbsp warm water

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 1 Line a large baking sheet with a silpat mat or parchment paper. 2 In a large bowl, stir together the oats, coconut, nuts, flaxseed, chia and sesame seeds, salt, and spices. 3 Stir in the coconut sugar, maple syrup, coconut oil, warm water, and vanilla until well combined. 4 Transfer the granola to the baking sheet and spread evenly so the granola lies in a thin sheet. 5 Bake for 15 minutes, undisturbed, then rotate the pans back to front and bake for 15 minutes more. 6 Place the cooked granola right in the refrigerator until cooled and hardened. 7 Break apart in large chunks using a spatula or your fingers. 8 This will keep for up to a month in the refrigerator, which is how I like to store it.View original recipe
