No Protein Powder Protein Shake - recipe ⬇️ I surmise it’s about 25 grams of protein but don’t quote me on it. 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice 1 tablespoon almond butter 3/4 cup Greek yogurt 1/4 teaspoon stevia or honey to taste Throw everything jn a blender, add water to almost cover and blend until smooth.
