What you need

⅓ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp white miso

½ tsp dijon mustard

1 garlic clove

3 tbsp white wine vinegar

1 tbsp fresh chives

1 tsp dried onion

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp dried dill

½ tsp salt

½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
0 In a small bowl or glass jar, add the yogurt, mayonnaise, miso paste, and mustard. 1 Using a microplane, grate the garlic into the jar. You can also mince it very finely if you don’t have a microplane. You just want to avoid getting a big bite of garlic, it should be a background flavor. 2 Add the vinegar, chives, onion powder, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. 3 Using a fork or whisk, whisk it together until very smooth and no chunks of miso remain. 4 Serve with salad, or cover and keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.View original recipe
