What you need

cup green cabbage

red onion

cup green olive

cup cherry tomato

oz fresh mozzarella

oz dried chickpeas
oz roasted red pepper

garlic clove

tsp honey

cup balsamic vinegar
cup extra-virgin olive oil

tsp kosher salt

tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
0 In a high-speed blender, combine all dressing ingredients. 1 Blend for 10 seconds, until smooth and red. 2 In a large serving bowl, combine cabbage and romaine lettuce. This will be the base of your salad. 3 Add onion, tomatoes, olives, mozzarella, and chickpeas. 4 Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. 5 Serve right away.
