What you need

cup honey

cup fresh lemon juice

tsp vanilla extract
tsp ground turmeric

tsp kosher salt
Instructions
0 Make sure tofu is patted dry as much as possible. Place a paper towel on top and bottom of tofu and put a pan on top of the covered tofu. Drain for 20 minutes. 1 Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. 2 Blend for 15-30 seconds, scraping down the sides as needed to fully combine. 3 Divide into jars, cover and chill for at least 6 hours. 4 When ready to serve, top with whipped cream if desired and serve.View original recipe
