What you need

tsp kosher salt

cup fresh parsley

cup plain yogurt

tbsp olive oil
tbsp buffalo sauce

cup yellow onion

cup mayo
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 Degrees F. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear. When cool enough to handle, shred the meat with two forks and set aside. Mix all dressing ingredients in a large bowl with a whisk. Add the cooled chicken, celery, onion, and parsley. Toss to coat completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve where it will keep for up to 5 days in the fridge.View original recipe
