What you need

clove garlic clove

pinch kosher salt

tbsp light olive oil

cup marinara sauce

dash cracked black pepper

can artichoke
Instructions
Using a kitchen or paper towel, pat the drained artichokes dry really well. Removing the water will allow them to crisp up nicely as we air fry, so be gentle and thorough. In a medium bowl, combine the dried artichoke hearts with garlic, oil, a large pinch of salt and a few cracks of pepper. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes until crispy and browned. Serve on a platter with a small bowl of tomato sauce for dipping.View original recipe
