0 Preheat the oven to 425 Degrees F. 4 Roughly chop your pears into cubes - they don't have to be fancy, just try to keep them a similar size for even baking. 1 Toss everything together in a 9x13 baking dish, dotting the coconut oil on top. 2 Bake for 20 - 40 minutes depending on the variety and ripeness of your pears and how soft you would like them.
