Birthday Cake Baked Oats

What you need

tsp baking powder

tsp kosher salt

tbsp coconut sugar

tbsp sprinkles

cup unsweetened almond milk

ripe banana

tsp vanilla extract
extra large egg
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2 In a blender, combine all ingredients except for the sprinkles. 3 Blend for 20 seconds. 4 Stir 1 Tbsp of the sprinkles into the batter in the blender. 5 Transfer the batter to a heat proof baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. 6 Top with the remaining 1 Tbsp sprinkles. 7 Bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden and cooked through. 8 Let cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes, then serve.View original recipe
