cup extra-virgin olive oil

avocado

tsp kosher salt

freshly cracked black pepper

tsp dijon mustard

anchovy

garlic clove

tbsp water

0 Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, only using 4 Tbsp of water initially. 1 Blend, scraping the sides as needed, until smooth. 2 Continue to add water, 1 tbsp at a time, until the consistency you'd like is reached. 3 This will oxidize a bit with time, but keeps in the fridge up to one week.View original recipe
