Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add 2 bags frozen berries, 12 oz each (strawberry and raspberry work great) to an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish, no need to thaw! Squeeze 1/2 lemon, juiced on top and toss to combine.
Top with cookie dough: Place the pre-portioned 1 package refrigerated cookie dough, (Sweet Loren's recommended) on top of the berries in an even layer.
Bake for 25–27minutes until the berries are bubbling and hot and the cookies are golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and let rest for at least 15 minutes before serving. Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and enjoy!
